पारू अंचल के चतुरपट्टी, चैनपुर चिहुंटाहा और भोजपट्टी गांवों में कुल 788.21 एकड़ भूमि चिन्हित किया गया है। इसमें से 28.26 एकड़ भूमि बिहार सरकार के नाम पर दर्ज है, जबकि शेष भूमि निजी स्वामित्व की है। चिन्हित भूमि का नजरी नक्शा तैयार कर जिला भू-अर्जन कार्यालय को भेजा गया है।

प्रस्ताव और स्वीकृति:

जिलाधिकारी सुब्रत कुमार सेन ने इस प्रस्ताव को उद्योग विभाग को भेजा है, जिसमें बियाडा (बिहार इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी) के माध्यम से औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के विकास की बात करी गई है। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने भी इस प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी है, जिससे जिले में औद्योगिक विकास को नई गति मिलेगी।

भौगोलिक लाभ:

चिन्हित क्षेत्र की भौगोलिक स्थिति इसे औद्योगिक विकास के लिए उपयुक्त बनाती है। एक ओर यह क्षेत्र पटना-बेतिया निर्माणाधीन फोरलेन से सटा हुआ है, जबकि दूसरी ओर हाजीपुर-सुगौली रेल लाइन से जुड़ा है। इससे परिवहन और लॉजिस्टिक्स की दृष्टि से यह स्थान अत्यंत लाभकारी सिद्ध होगा।

औद्योगिक पार्क के रूप में विकास:

प्रस्तावित औद्योगिक क्षेत्र को औद्योगिक पार्क के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा, जिसमें उद्योगों के लिए आवश्यक सभी बुनियादी सुविधाएं जैसे भूमि, बिजली, पानी, सड़क, संचार और सुरक्षा की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था की जाएगी । इससे उद्योगपतियों को एक समग्र और सुविधाजनक वातावरण मिलेगा, जो निवेश को आकर्षित करने में सहायक सिद्ध होगा।

रोजगार और आर्थिक विकास:

इस नए औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के विकास से जिले में रोजगार के नए अवसर उत्पन्न होगा । स्थानीय युवाओं को अपने गृह जिले में ही रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे, जिससे पलायन की समस्या में कमी आएगी। साथ ही, जिले की आर्थिक प्रगति को भी बल मिलेगा, जिससे स्थानीय व्यापार और सेवा क्षेत्रों में भी वृद्धि हो जाएगी ।

चुनौतियाँ और समाधान:

हालांकि, इस परियोजना के समक्ष कुछ चुनौतियाँ आएगी भी। निजी भूमि के अधिग्रहण, प्रभावित किसानों के पुनर्वास और पर्यावरणीय संतुलन को बनाए रखने जैसी समस्याओं का समाधान करना आवश्यक होगा। इसके लिए पारदर्शी और न्यायसंगत नीतियों का पालन करना होगा, ताकि सभी हितधारकों के हितों की रक्षा हो सके।
