सदर अस्पताल में बना रैन बसेरा सैकड़ों लोगों की मदद कर रहा है

छपरा सदर अस्पताल के परिसर में बना रैन बसेरा बेघर लोगों को मुफ़्त आवास और रियायती दर पर भोजन उपलब्ध करा रहा है। दिसंबर में 783 लोगों ने इस सुविधा का लाभ उठाया और जनवरी के पहले तीन दिनों में लगभग 40 लोगों को इसका लाभ मिला है। ‘दीन दयाल अंत्योदय राष्ट्रीय शहरी आजीविका’ मिशन के तहत स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित 50 बिस्तरों वाले इस आश्रय गृह में ₹30 के मामूली शुल्क पर मुफ़्त आवास और भोजन उपलब्ध कराया जाता है। सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए इस सुविधा में सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगे हुए हैं।

आभूषण की दुकान में चोरी के कारण बाजार बंद

उत्तम ज्वैलर्स एंड यूटेंसिल्स स्टोर नामक आभूषण की दुकान में चोरी की गई, जिसमें चोरों ने 5,000 रुपये नकद और 200,000 रुपये से अधिक मूल्य के सोने और चांदी के आभूषण चुरा लिए। इसके विरोध में स्थानीय दुकानदारों ने सुरक्षा बढ़ाने की मांग करते हुए अपने प्रतिष्ठान बंद कर दिए हैं।

ट्रेन सेवाएं बाधित

छपरा और लखनऊ के बीच वंदे भारत एक्सप्रेस और छपरा-पाटलिपुत्र पैसेंजर ट्रेन का परिचालन स्थगित कर दिया गया है। इस निलंबन के कारण नियमित यात्रियों को असुविधा हुई है, जो अपने दैनिक आवागमन के लिए इन सेवाओं पर निर्भर हैं।

पुलिस ने विशेष अभियान में कई अपराधियों को गिरफ्तार किया

The night shelter on the premises of Chhapra Sadar Hospital is providing free accommodation and food at subsidized rates to the homeless. 783 people availed the facility in December and about 40 people have benefited from it in the first three days of January. This 50-bed shelter home, run by women of self-help groups under the ‘Deen Dayal Antyodaya Rashtriya Shahri Ajeevika’ mission, provides free accommodation and food at a nominal fee of ₹30. The facility is equipped with CCTV cameras to ensure security.

Market closed due to theft in jewellery shop

A theft was committed at a jewellery shop named Uttam Jewellers and Utensils Store, in which the thieves stole Rs 5,000 in cash and gold and silver jewellery worth more than Rs 200,000. In protest, local shopkeepers have shut their establishments demanding enhanced security.
