अपराध और दुर्घटनाएँ:

भोजपुरी गायक की हत्या: छपरा के गरखा में, मुंटुन यादव नामक एक भोजपुरी गायक को शुक्रवार देर रात घर लौटते समय हमलावरों ने चाकू घोंपकर मार डाला। हमले के पीछे का मकसद फिलहाल अज्ञात है।

सड़क दुर्घटनाएँ:

तरैया के पास एसएच-104 पर एक कार और ट्रक के बीच टक्कर में कार चालक नीरज तिवारी (28) गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया, जिसे इलाज के लिए पटना रेफर किया गया है।

अमनौर में, प्रकाश कुमार नामक एक युवक ने बाइक से घर लौटते समय सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल होने के कारण दम तोड़ दिया।

चोरी की घटनाएं:

दरियापुर के पिरारी इलाके में चोरों ने एक कस्टमर सर्विस प्वाइंट (सीएसपी) और एक किराना दुकान में सेंध लगाई और सीएसपी से लैपटॉप और प्रिंटर समेत नकदी और कीमती सामान चोरी कर लिया।

तरैया में चोरों ने तीन दुकानों को निशाना बनाया और लाखों का सामान और नकदी लेकर चंपत हो गए।

पुलिस टीम पर हमला: अवैध बालू खनन के खिलाफ छापेमारी कर रही पुलिस टीम पर बालू माफियाओं ने हमला कर दिया, जिससे एक कांस्टेबल घायल हो गया। अवैध गतिविधि में शामिल सात ट्रैक्टर और एक जेसीबी जब्त की गई।

प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई:

लोक शिकायत सुनवाई: छपरा में जिला मजिस्ट्रेट की लोक सुनवाई में भूमि, स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा सहित अन्य मुद्दों से संबंधित 31 शिकायतों का समाधान किया गया।

आवासीय विद्यालय का निरीक्षण: उप विकास आयुक्त ने कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय एवं छात्रावास का निरीक्षण किया, तथा सुविधाओं में सुधार के लिए कई निर्देश जारी किए।

आवास योजना नोटिस: प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत निर्माण पूरा नहीं करने वाले लगभग 300 लाभार्थियों को नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं, तथा समय सीमा का पालन नहीं करने पर आगे की कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई है।

Bhojpuri singer murdered: In Garkha of Chhapra, a Bhojpuri singer named Muntun Yadav was stabbed to death by assailants while he was returning home late on Friday night. The motive behind the attack is currently unknown.

Road accidents:

A collision between a car and a truck on SH-104 near Taraiya left the car driver Neeraj Tiwari (28) seriously injured and has been referred to Patna for treatment.

In Amnour, a youth named Prakash Kumar succumbed to injuries sustained in a road accident while returning home on a bike.

Incidents of theft:

In Pirari area of Dariyapur, thieves broke into a customer service point (CSP) and a grocery shop and stole cash and valuables, including laptops and printers, from the CSP.
