सड़क दुर्घटनाएँ:
दाउदपुर में सड़क हादसा: दाउदपुर (मांझी) में एक भीषण सड़क हादसे में दो शिक्षकों की मौत हो गई। यह घटना छपरा-सीवान मुख्य मार्ग पर दाउदपुर ग्रामीण बैंक के पास हुई, जब बाइक अनियंत्रित होकर खड़ी ट्रक से टकराई।
मशरख में सड़क दुर्घटना: मशरख में दो भाई बाइक पर सवार होकर घर जा रहे थे, तभी मवेशी लदे पिकअप ने उन्हें रौंद दिया, जिससे छोटे भाई की मौत हो गई।
सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम:
संकट मोचन मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना: सबलपुर स्थित संकट मोचन मंदिर में राम जन्म भूमि प्राण प्रतिष्ठा के प्रथम वर्षगांठ पर पूजा-अर्चना और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कलाकारों ने भजन संध्या की प्रस्तुति दी।
लायंस क्लब द्वारा सम्मान: लायंस क्लब छपरा सारण की टीम को सामाजिक क्षेत्र में बेहतर कार्य करने के लिए सम्मानित किया गया।

जेपी यूनिवर्सिटी में छात्रों की घटती रुचि: जेपी यूनिवर्सिटी में ग्रेजुएशन 2024-28 सत्र में केवल 35% छात्रों का ही एडमिशन हो पाया है। सेशन लेट होने के कारण कई छात्र दूसरे विश्वविद्यालयों का रुख कर रहे हैं।
सुरक्षा और अपराध:
चेन लूट की घटना: छपरा में चेन लूट के दौरान पिस्टल की बट से हमला किया गया, जिससे पीड़ित लहूलुहान हो गया।
अवध-असम एक्सप्रेस से गांजा जब्त: जीआरपी ने अवध-असम एक्सप्रेस ट्रेन की स्लीपर बोगी से 12 किलो 700 ग्राम गांजा बरामद किया। जब्त गांजे की कीमत एक लाख रुपये से अधिक बताई जा रही है।

Road accident in Daudpur: Two teachers died in a horrific road accident in Daudpur (Manjhi). The incident took place near Daudpur Gramin Bank on Chapra-Siwan main road, when the bike went out of control and collided with a parked truck.
Road accident in Mashrakh: Two brothers were going home on a bike in Mashrakh, when a pickup loaded with cattle crushed them, killing the younger brother.

Chain robbery incident: During the chain robbery in Chapra, the victim was attacked with the butt of a pistol, leaving him bleeding.
Ganja seized from Avadh-Assam Express: GRP recovered 12 kg 700 grams of ganja from the sleeper bogie of Avadh-Assam Express train. The value of the seized ganja is said to be more than one lakh rupees.
