छपरा के भेल्दी थाना क्षेत्र के मुरली सिरसिया गांव में पुलिस ने अवैध मिनी गन फैक्ट्री का भंडाफोड़ किया है। इस कार्रवाई में फैक्ट्री संचालक सुमन ठाकुर को गिरफ्तार किया गया है, जबकि एक नाबालिग को हिरासत में लिया गया है। पुलिस ने मौके से विभिन्न प्रकार के अर्धनिर्मित हथियार, उपकरण और हथियार बनाने वाली मशीनें बरामद की हैं।
इस फैक्ट्री में निर्मित हथियारों की आपूर्ति नक्सलियों को की जाती थी। इसके अलावा, अधिवक्ता पिता-पुत्र हत्याकांड में भी यहां बने हथियारों के इस्तेमाल का खुलासा हुआ है। गिरफ्तार अभियुक्त के खिलाफ पहले से भी कई मामले दर्ज हैं।
पुलिस टीम में डीएसपी नरेश पासवान, मुफस्सिल थाना अध्यक्ष विशाल आनंद, भेल्दी थाना अध्यक्ष संदीप कुमार सहित अन्य अधिकारी शामिल थे। बरामद सामानों में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मशीन, वेल्डिंग मशीन, भट्टी, ड्रिल मशीन, ग्राइंडर मशीन, बैरल, जिंदा कारतूस आदि शामिल हैं।
इस सफलता के लिए पुलिस टीम की सराहना की जा रही है, क्योंकि इससे अवैध हथियारों की आपूर्ति पर अंकुश लगाने में मदद मिलेगी।

Police have busted an illegal mini gun factory in Murali Sirsia village of Bheldi police station area of Chapra. In this action, factory operator Suman Thakur has been arrested, while a minor has been detained. Police have recovered various types of semi-manufactured weapons, equipment and weapons-making machines from the spot.
Weapons manufactured in this factory were supplied to the Naxalites. Apart from this, the use of weapons made here has also been revealed in the advocate father-son murder case. Several cases are already registered against the arrested accused.
The police team included DSP Naresh Paswan, Mufassil police station in-charge Vishal Anand, Bheldi police station in-charge Sandeep Kumar and other officers. The recovered items include electronic machines, welding machines, furnaces, drill machines, grinder machines, barrels, live cartridges etc.
The police team is being praised for this success, as it will help curb the supply of illegal weapons.
