छपरा में जिलाधिकारी अमन समीर की अध्यक्षता में जनता दरबार का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए फरियादियों की समस्याओं को सुना गया। इस दौरान कुल 49 मामलों पर सुनवाई हुई और संबंधित विभागों को निर्देश दिए गए।
प्रमुख समस्याएं:
भूमि विवाद:
अधिकांश मामले भूमि विवाद और दाखिल-खारिज से संबंधित थे।
जिलाधिकारी ने राजस्व विभाग के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे इन मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर हल करें।
पेंशन से संबंधित शिकायतें:
वृद्धावस्था पेंशन, विधवा पेंशन, और दिव्यांग पेंशन में देरी की शिकायतें सामने आईं।
संबंधित विभाग को लंबित मामलों का तुरंत निपटारा करने का निर्देश दिया गया।
सड़क और बिजली की समस्या:
ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सड़कों की खराब स्थिति और बिजली की अनियमित आपूर्ति की शिकायतें की गईं।
जिलाधिकारी ने संबंधित विभागों को इन समस्याओं का समाधान शीघ्र करने का आदेश दिया।
शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य:
कुछ लोगों ने सरकारी स्कूलों और अस्पतालों में सुविधाओं की कमी की शिकायत की।
डीएम ने शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य विभाग को निर्देश दिया कि वे इन समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लें।
जिलाधिकारी का संदेश:
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि जनता दरबार का उद्देश्य आम जनता की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करना है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे शिकायतों का समयबद्ध तरीके से समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।

जनता दरबार में शामिल लोगों ने जिलाधिकारी के प्रयासों की सराहना की और उम्मीद जताई कि उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान जल्द होगा।
यह जनता दरबार छपरा के भिखारी ठाकुर प्रेक्षागृह में आयोजित किया गया था। जनता दरबार के दौरान सभी विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

A public hearing was held in Chhapra under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Aman Sameer, in which the problems of the complainants from various blocks were heard. During this, a total of 49 cases were heard and instructions were given to the concerned departments.
Major problems:
Land disputes:
Most of the cases were related to land disputes and mutation.
The District Magistrate directed the Revenue Department officials to resolve these cases on priority basis.
Pension related complaints:
Complaints of delay in old age pension, widow pension, and Divyang pension came to the fore.
The concerned department was directed to settle the pending cases immediately.
Road and electricity problems:
Complaints were made about the poor condition of roads and irregular supply of electricity in rural areas.
The District Magistrate ordered the concerned departments to resolve these problems soon.
Education and health:
Some people complained about the lack of facilities in government schools and hospitals.
The DM directed the Education and Health Department to take these problems seriously.
Message of the District Magistrate:
The District Magistrate said that the objective of the Janta Darbar is to provide quick solutions to the problems of the general public. He directed the officials to ensure timely resolution of complaints.
Public response:
The people who attended the Janta Darbar appreciated the efforts of the District Magistrate and expressed hope that their problems would be resolved soon.
This Janta Darbar was organized at the Bhikhari Thakur Auditorium in Chhapra. Officials from all departments were present during the Janta Darbar.
